Organization of mainly medical congresses in different European cities (50 - 7'000 participants). Project coordination, budget and cost control, close contact and various meetings with clients (medical societies), coordination of suppliers, internal team meetings, establishment of sponsoring concepts, sponsoring contracts, close coordination with sponsoring companies (mainly pharmaceutical), on-site project coordination during congresses, establishments of analyses and final reports after the congress.

Assisted in launch of new product line „Kérastase Homme“, organized launch event for Kérastase hair dressers, coordination of promotion activities, set-up of marketing material, communication and negotiation with suppliers, various office tasks.

Global headquarters, operations department. Assisted in organizing the “Taste of Christmas” launch event for app. 25’000 people as well as the “Gordon Ramsay Scholarship” at the BBC Good Food Show. Internal and external communication with different parties involved (restaurants, event managers, sponsors, IT department, etc), meeting with clients, scheduling of Gordon Ramsay’s appearances, staff scheduling, administrative tasks, on-site organization during events.

Banquet kitchen for in-house events up to 1’000 people and for outside catering events up to 2’000 people.

Front desk: check-in / out, billing, handling of customer requests, complaint handling
