• Research, analyze and translate business needs into analytic/reporting solutions by collaborating with process owners, end users • Perform Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Management using various techniques and industry best practices for both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) projects • Operational support of customer in case of system business processes changing during project lifecycle • Providing guidance & training to new and less experienced business analysts within the team

• Formalization of the requirements for further development of the system • Collaboration with project manager and team members (architects, developers and testers) • Preparation and negotiation of requirements (business, functional, non-functional) with internal and external customers • Description and modeling of the business processes • Description of the software interfaces and development of screen forms templates of the system • Preparation of presentations and analytical reports

• System analysis and formalization of the results of the subject area survey • Transformation of high level epics into features, users’ stories and use cases • Description of functional and non-functional requirements. • Creation and maintenance of requirements specification documents • Design of interface prototypes • Development of new modules for the ERP system in C++ (Human Capital Management, Document Management System) • Deployment and configuration of various modules of the ERP system

• Expanding the customers base • Participation in promotions • Consulting on the banking products • Reception of applications and documents from customers for Credit/Deposit products of the Bank • Conducting transactions on the conclusion of credit agreements with customers • Maintaining customer’s database
