Driving operational efficiency and team leadership in international logistics for a global agri-tech company. As Logistics Operations Team Leader at DeLaval I lead a dynamic team responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods, including imports, exports, transport coordination and order fulfillment. My role focuses on continuous process improvement, cross-functional alignment and delivering service excellence to internal and external stakeholders.

Launched and co-led a purpose-driven ecommerce startup focused on sustainable fashion and operational excellence. Sockie is a premium sock brand designed and produced 100% in Argentina, with a mission to blend quality, style and environmental consciousness. As co-founder I was involved in every stage of the business, from ideation and branding to operations, logistics and digital growth strategy. Sockie was born as an entrepreneurial lab to test, learn and grow in real time.

Led cost control processes and strategic reporting in a large-scale industrial environment, with a key role in ERP (SAP S4/HANA) implementation and digital transformation. As Industrial Cost Analyst at Paladini I was the main reference for cost structures and product profitability analysis. I collaborated closely with production, finance and IT teams to improve data accuracy, monitor variances and generate insights that informed decision-making across the organization.

Designed and improved core business processes in coordination with multidisciplinary departments, combining lean thinking and system integration. I contributed to operational excellence through documentation, standardization and improvement of internal workflows. I supported cross departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety and SAP integration, with a strong focus on sustainability and traceability. Participation in projects, like Supply Coordination, Automated Material Registration, HS&E Mgmnt.

Ensured quality assurance and continuous improvement through ISO 9001 systems and post-sales feedback in a manufacturing environment. In this role I was responsible for maintaining quality standards, leading internal audits and managing corrective actions. I also oversaw post-sales analysis, helping the company strengthen its customer-centric approach through better processes and follow-up.

Supported warehouse reorganization and materials traceability as part of the logistics improvement program. As an intern in the logistics department I contributed to the optimization of storage processes and inventory control, helping improve visibility and operational efficiency.
