At PicPay I was responsible for built several microservices, internal tools, and dashboards. My most important projects were a chatbot for support issues, this chatbot was able to handle with 6000 issues per day, followed by a Help Center microservice, that try predicts what will be the user question, based on the previous data, to ensure that uses will get a faster answer and better support experience.

Since 2010 I've been working with RESTFul API's, Web apps, Mobile apps, and much more.

I was responsible for leads the team in a large project for this company and also build the entire API, mobile app, architecture and modeling the system, configure the CD/CI. The project was delivered with more than 95% of test coverage, fully documented and with an incredible automation and scalability.
