- Built a dashboard to support the Executive Committee in quarterly business steering - Strong involvement in closings (commenting P&L variances, deliverables to HQ) - In charge of periodic reports to HQ - Automation of major processes through SSIS & VBA (budget, closings)

- Built a VBA-based tool on Excel and Access used by 50 managers and 600 employees. I presented this tool to the Cardif Innovation Prize 2016, ending with an article on the intranet. It provides powerful features to team leaders to manage their FTE (Budget vs Real, forecast making, organizational chart, employee information, overtime, absenteeism) - Built an Excel tool to monitor the customer requests processing time and check if they meet the SLA - In charge of recurrent reportings and analysis of KPIs
