Principal scientist in computational biology

I implement data pipes to extract & clean data flow in on a daily basis. I perform predictive analysis using machine learning (Keras, SciKit Learn, TensorFlow) to personalize content in marketing communication. Dev: Juypter; Prod: PyCharm & Google Cloud (AI Hub tool). I provide periodic dashboards using Tableau software. Current projects involve CLV, customer segmentation, product recommendation, etc... I manage my projects using Kanban, coupled with PMP methodolody when possible.

Performed descriptive and predictive data science in the field of neuroscience. Established data pipes for extraction, analysis and munging using MatLab & Python (Jupyter Notebooks w/ numpy, pandas, seaborn, matplotlib; IDE: PyCharm), and SPSS and R for statistics (mainly using dplyr & ggplot). I had interest in Bayesian models (mainly using RStudio/RStan) and useed JASP for Bayesian statistical analysis.

My role involved to 1) work together with the Human Ressource (HR) department to organize team building and career promoting events, 2) meet with the board of directors of the institute to provide feedback on the current situation, 3) inquire the needs of the scientists in the institute and organize scientific talks that fit their need.

The objective of my PhD thesis was to investigate the underlying neural bases of such decisions using translational studies, comparative psychology and neuroscience. I directed several projects, and managed communication, stakeholder,schedule, procurements, as well as quality during the monitoring process. I was heavily involved in analysis of behavioral data using MatLab and SPSS. I developed Pascal-based scripts to control research tools required for the projects

In Lyon, I specialized in behavioral training on monkeys and analysis of electrophysiological signals recorded during cognitive tasks. Particularly, I was interested in understanding the modification on cortico-cortical connectivity in the monkey brain during problem solving.
