Designing specific Excel and Access tools to support both processes. Setting-up planning bills methodology for material and resource planning in a fully configurable product environment. Supporting S&OP and MPS leaders’ in weekly processes execution.

Part of a team in charge of implementing a new way of functioning for production flow, in all PSA assembly plants. (Flow driven by SSAR = Scheduled Sequence Achievement Ration)

Participation in a flow design project which aimed at rerouting intercontinental flows for specific references.

Engineer by apprenticeship diploma in industrial engineering. Emphasis in methods and logistics.
