As an Account Executive at Masterplan.com, I focus on truly understanding our clients' situations. My goal is to identify their specific pain points and challenges, and then work closely with them to figure out if and how a partnership with us makes sense. My role also involves discussing our products, handling contract negotiations, and settling on pricing.

My role empowers sales teams to reach peak performance through data‑driven enablement. I design onboarding for each role, craft playbooks as single sources of truth, run training & certifications on product, sales, processes and Salesforce, manage and create enablement assets, and organize in‑person events such as office days, QBRs and the annual sales kick‑off.

My day-to-day role is to support and enable my sales colleagues to achieve their maximum potential. We use a data-driven approach to determine which training, processes and tools are most relevant and add the most value to our sales force. For me, the purpose of sales enablement is to provide the sales force with the content and skills in a way that delivers the most value to the customer.
