As a project technician for Industrial buildings my responsibilities include: Regenerating and creating 3D models of industrial building in AutoCAD from the dwg. files provided by the customer and importing to SoundPlan noise modelling software for simulating and calculating outdoor noise. Assisting Project managers in drawing plans, measuring and analysing noise measurement data for clients.

Worked closely with system engineering team to analyse faults associated with sensors, actuators, Bus Signals and the potential failure modes and their effects on the vehicle level for an Automatic Manual Transmission. Developed robust diagnostic concept based on FMEA using APIS IQ software by putting the transmission control unit into focus and derived diagnostic and monitoring functions of the comprehensive components.

Worked with design and development team for implementing a digital weight measuring system in a pellet stove. Worked with sales and service team to create ‘house of quality’ to reflect the customers pains and gains and ensure products are designed to meet the customer needs. Conducted and moderated creativity workshop for idea generation of the new generation stove.

Performed market research on noise regulation for Palfinger Truck Mounted Forklift. Carried out systematic product analysis to identify potential noise generating components.
