Job responsibility : Provide support to customers and Sales Managers to process orders from customers. Liaise with regional Sales Managers as to delivery priorities. Liaise with Finance Department for Invoicing. Liaise with the Sales, Accounting and Regions in respect of warranty, credit notes and invoicing.Interacts with counterpart in HQ on a continuous basis. Follow up on all accounts receivables with regions/customers. Supervise arrangement of air/sea freight. Maintain data base on customer order status

Lead the Customer Service and Warehouse team and involve in all hands-on operational aspects of the company to ensure timely service and customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability and cash flow to meet the business goals. Deliveries Triggering to Warehouse for Picking and Packing.Liaising with Shipping and Warehouse for prompt deliveries. Ensure prompt and accurate order processing.Ensure all air freight orders deliver to forwarder in 4hour time.Communicate any rejection/cancellation advice
