Jussi founded Buddy Healthcare in November 2015. Since that, he has been leading the startup towards success and with hands-on in product development, business development, sales, strategic partnerships and funding. Now, Buddy Healthcare serves customer in 4 countries and employs 12 professionals in Finland and Germany.

Responsible for investigating new business opportunities based on a) DISE's existing technology stack or 2) DISE's existing customer segments. During first 16 months created five new business concepts and tested them with customers by using Lean Startup model from customer discovery and ending to customer validation or customer creation

Project manager for several mobile and internet service development projects done for Symbio's customers. Responsible for planning, resourcing, daily Scrum, admin things, customer relations, deliveries and project financials. Participated also pre-sales activities and bidding projects

Responsible in sales and new customer aqusition and day-to-day operations. Vendorio was supposed to be a globally local B2B market place and sales agency. In the end, Vendorio turned to be a practical, learn from your own mistakes, MBA course in entrepreneurship

Line manager for R&D unit of ~25 professionals focusing software development tools, application life-cycle management and efficiency consulting. Responsible for competence development, project deliveries, financials, account management, sales, business development, HR duties and other management tasks.

Responsible for a software development program to a customer in the telecom industry including some 70 people working fairly independently as scrum teams in five different locations in Finland, Czech Republic and China. Program had the annual budget of around 4m€ and top-class customer satisfaction results.

Had several different roles such as project manager, process consultant, quality manager, test manager in multi-site software development projects to a customer in the telecom industry. In addition to technical roles, acted also as a technical support of sales in new customer cases.

Responsible for managing Incode's mobile health software development projects and customer deliveries. In addition managed Incode's part of multi-national research projects and acted as a technical consultant and sales person towards domestic and foreign customers.

Responsible for managing and developing in Incode's mobile software projects. Incode had two separate products which exploited the latest mobile and internet technologies: 1) Mobile phone controlled environment control system being one of the first mobile health solutions in Finland and 2) Road maintenance control and follow-up system.
