- IT Recruitment - Collaborating with external institutions on recruitment projects - Administrative and HR support for the office (including database updates, employee onboarding tasks and time tracking, arranging training sessions for employees) - Managing extended business trips and collaborating with branches in Germany - Coordinating and attending job fairs and open days - Creation of promotional materials - Planning and managing internal events for employees
