Responsible for planning, guidance and tracking of global rollout of a HR application. Management of 83 country responsible throughout the implementation. Preparation and moderation of international communication on rollout content and progress.

Nominated by top management for High Potential Program. Business skills development through participation in projects in new business areas as well as coaching by top management. Program activities performed simultaneously to position of Global Rollout Manager (see above).
