• Responsibility of 44 casting suppliers • Develop and maintain the supplier monitoring process (KPI’s) • Analysing and interpreting of quality and measurements data • Solving of supplier claims - participating in the supplier corrective action process (containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action • Preparation and assessment of corrective action reports • Promote/Support Continuous Improvement / Lean practices • Perform process audits at suppliers

• Representing company in contacts with clients (Toyota, General Motors, Kia, Fiat) • Supervising implementation of new projects • Validation of project based on customer requirements and documentation • Coordinating the work of departments involved in the project • Creation of reports based on the analysis of errors and their causes (Cp, Cpk, Pareto chart) and the implementation of improvements • Coordination of activities related to the methodology of FMEA • PPAP documentation management

Reporting the results of production • supervision of the implementation of new products in assembly area • supporting of Quality Department in creating quality procedures • implementation of 5S and Visual Management • problem solving — 8D reports, PDCA • auditing - 5S, ESD, quality audits
