Led and developed a team of 45 members, encompassing 10 white-collar and 35 blue-collar employees, to establish a comprehensive Supply Chain Department at Besel, en- hancing operational effectiveness and team cohesion.Implemented strategic procurement, planning, and sup- plier management processes, optimising warehouse op- erations and ensuring full regulatory compliance while achieving significant cost efficiency for imported products.

Directed SAP, Sales, Warehouse, Foreign Trade, and Logis- tics departments at Vibracoustic Cerkezkoy Plant, lead- ing a 19-member team to streamline operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and improve cross-departmental collaboration. Prepared and submitted detailed weekly and monthly logistics and inventory reports to general management, offering comprehensive KPI analyses that facilitated informed decision-making for both local and global stake- holders, promoting strategic initiatives.
