• Preparation asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; • Audit review, preparation of financial statements for external auditors; • Maintaining constant contact in other departments to keep the monthly process fluid and optimizing them; • Reconciling multiple accounts on a monthly basis; • Analyzing monthly balance sheet accounts for corporate reporting and management; • Preparing monthly balance sheets and income statements.

• Performing general accounting duties: accounts payable / receivable, management reports and reconciliations; • Managing debtors and creditors accounts; • Summarizing financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statement and other reports; • Assisting in analyzing financial statements and other related reports, bringing up issues and comments to the my manager; • Assisting with audit preparation and end-of-year closing; • Archiving documents.

• Inventory of fixed assets and their values; • Assisting the preparation of financial statements made by the audit.
