Managing ticket resolution by investigating the details of each enquiry in the back office software applications (Kenan, Oracle ebusiness suite, OHS, Xtrac) and resolving them within established SLA's. The tasks included billing corrections, re-billing, credit notes reviews, tariff management, data amendment in the various systems and continuously work on improvements in existing internal processes

To action and administer accurately and timely billing and collection processes on behalf of AC Nielsen European businesses. The role included making collections calls and work towards defined KPIs for DBO. Liaise with internal and external client base to resolve queries as necessary and to foster an environment of co-operation between BU finance and the SSC. Moreover, gained thorough technical experience of the financial systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP.
