Built and led a cross-functional project team of ten members supporting Design and Development of turbochargers for diesel engines. Worked towards developing, validating new application turbine wheels for different product lines for commercial vehicles and passenger cars. Was instrumental in developing a new variable stator blade mechanism for the turbocharger, supporting the design, kinematics, and that the design is granted patent - US8112995 B2.

Built and led a sizable cross-functional project team of twenty members supporting TEREX mining, Knox Kershaw Inc., Bucyrus. Managed and led turnkey projects for Design, Development, Design Conceptualization, Design review, DFMEA, Design verification other Engineering activities. Supported Product definition, successful implementation of first off project, Engineering CAD data management of Heavy engineering vehicles viz. Off Highway mining trucks, Rail maintenance equipment, Earthmovers.

Learned, and deployed my experience in the field of product & process design and validation of engineering subsystems of Automotive braking system viz. Caliper brake, Clutch, and Wheel cylinders. Primarily focused in value analysis, executed many projects to reduce carbon footprint and downsizing through replacement of metal components with high-performance engineering polymers. Have a greater insight in design, prototyping, testing and validation of subsystems.
