-Thesis: Increasing cargo utilization on lower deck ex western European regions into hubs -Developing tools to support the daily business of sales forces in order to target the right customers at the right time

-Designing a structured monitoring- and reporting system for the local sales for Joint Business Agreement between Lufthansa Cargo and Cathay Pacific Cargo -Coordinating and aligning data formats and sources between the two carriers -Defining a working standard for the regular reporting process that enables fast and user-friendly updating of the reports -Improving the existing capacity utilization monitoring files based on central processes

-Assisting in controlling and optimizing utilization of the capacity of all flights -Supporting in the development, customization and automation of reporting process -Creating and maintaining documentation and manuals -Developing and preparing reports and analyses to support the management in their decision making -Assuring quality in standard reports and administrating databases
