Accountable to transform Order management, shipment and billing processes by leveraging SAP which impacted sales of more than USD 30 Billion. - Setup team of 40 developers to drive Business transformation to improve current setup. - Developed test plan to cover all processes in scope and led test execution with more than 100 key users in Germany.
