My main responsibility as a Business Analyst is to tackle difficult questions regarding the state of the business, value drivers/drainers, and plausible long-time trends. This often implies combining a variety of internal data sources, performing the necessary mappings and adding business knowledge to yield actionable insights. Furthermore, an additional part of my work is comprised by managing various regional project parts which mainly focus on data visualizations & analysis.

Writing the final Master assignment in the Information & Decision Solutions Department of P&G NL, on developing a reference system architecture for Trade Promotion Management. The main aim of the research is to improve the evaluation of promotional effectiveness by leveraging the power of Business Intelligence technologies and integrating them with Decision Support Systems used in Trade Promotion Management.

Bachelor Thesis on defining a capability maturity model for improving the operational excellence of service companies in the airline industry.

During the first half of my 6 months internship in the LSY Service Management Framework Team, I completed various projects on Excel-based management reporting. Following, the second half of the internship entailed developing a Capability Maturity Model supporting Lufthansa Systems to improve the quality of the offered services in the Airline Industry.

Managed all computer-based tasks. Administered some bookkeeping functions. Translated documents for informational purposes. Facilitated contact with clients for further cooperation.
