Established non-profit organization to provide literacy education and resources to rural communities in Ghana, West Africa, and to assist in the ongoing decolonization of language in postcolonial cultures by establishing a literacy center offering a library of primarily African literature, literacy education in both English and Twi, and writing workshops for children and adults in both English and Twi.

In preparation for the appearance of several new collections and collaborations at Paris Fashion Week (Men’s) 2019, I wrote and revised product descriptions for global fashion icon Adidas. This project involved not only close communication with Adidas staff, it also required in-depth research and a creative, artistic approach to both technical and editorial descriptions. For this project, I also edited designer interviews to convey inspiration, intent, and ideation.

Designed Wordpress website and created copy for community interest company in Stirling, Scotland, while located in Germany

Created and developed website, Facebook, and other marketing, including online promotions, email newsletters, and printed marketing materials. Organized office managerial duties and created all official documentation, including contracts, customer surveys, and technician checklists and inventories.

Planned, organized, and held events such as the English Department Halloween party, Ye Olde Faire, and other literary gatherings like author readings.

Helped college freshmen develop analytical writing skills through brainstorming, research methods, revision, and proofreading. Met with students outside of class and maintained an organized schedule of tutoring times. Created presentations teaching students about college life and expectations, and acted as a resource for students.
