The main task of this job as a student assistant is to create a prove of concept for automating installer testing. This tool combines software such as Vagrant and VirtualBox to create a virtual Windows environment, install software on it and run NUnit tests unattended. With this tool, work that was previously done manually is now done automated and the time saved can be used to develop the actual product.
