Acting as intermediary between ship owners and cargo charterers, finding ships for the cargoes of the clients charterers and cargoes for the ships of the ship owners,negotiating the transportation terms for the charter parties and concluding the recaps and charter parties, participating in problem solving if any both related to the deals fixed and execut dpersonally or as a consultant upon clients request,helping finalization and closing files.

Finding cargoes for home owned ships ranging from 8000 dwt up to 25000 dwt, negotiating the transportation terms and charter parties,fixing the cargoes, following the voyage execution,lay time calculations, closing files of concluded voyages,booking cargoes on tbn basis and then after fixing in ships to carry the booked cargoes.

Serving ships calling Bulgarian ports in respect with cargo handling, shipowners and ship crew needs. Serving off shore project for building a gas drilling platform by satisfying customer logistics requirement for supplies of materials,delivery of same to the spot, helping the project staff to do their dedicated jobs accordingly. Finding ships for cargoes of the customers of the company,negotiating the terms of carriage and fixing the ships to carry the cargoes.
