Kalina Lipinska

I am responsible for managing relationships with client and ensuring that they always receive top quality service. I manage great analysts team that deliveres reports, social media tracking solutions and trainings on Attentio software to our clients. As part of my role I am also active as sales person.

My role within Icon was in department for banking and financial services. I was responsible for questionnaire evaluation and updates as well as call center data entry quality checks. My main role was in quantitative updates of monthly tracking reports for clients that included biggest German banks and insurance companies.

The institute is collecting all kind of data connected to employment and labor market in Germany. I was responsible for gathering historical import and export data. I was also performing data quality checks in scope of a research project that was looking for connection between trade and unemployment in certain sectors.

Project I was involved in was examining the improvement to employment sustainment chances of invalid and chronicly ill employees who have been managed with different, innovative method. My tasks included project evaluation, data entry, data quality checks and final analysis report.

I tutored political economics to a group of ca. 70 students. The topics were given by professor while I had to prepare and present the content.
