• Being a single point of contact in all aspects of the HR process for M&A. • Supported the main milestones of the Call Center transformation project. • Successfully completed a training and development program granted by EU organized for over 600 employees. • Supported the development of employee compensation and benefits policy. • Performs executive-level consulting in employee/labor relations according the BG legislation. • Ensures effective relationships with Trade unions.
