I am currently associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I am working on an implementation project as a Functional Consultant for SAP Retail and SAP CAR (UDF). My responsibilities include end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) incident, problem, and service ticket management, along with resolution activities. Additionally, I am involved in an UDF implementation project as an SAP CAR consultant.

With over 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Retail, SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R), and SAPCAR UDF/DDFmanaged master data migration from ECC to S4 HANA and created test cases for system testing. Successfully handled demand testing and incident management using HPALM and SNOW tools. Contributed to country rollout projects, preparing high-level solution concepts and change documents. Proficient in SAP F&R, SAP CAR-UDF/DDF and integration processes, ensuring seamless data transfer and system automation.
