Responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering their tasks and efforts, making team to self-organizing to have collective responsibility, solving issues or problems in team, making sure that the project is still working effectively even one of our team is away, making meetings for standup, retrospective and planning, Reviewing programmer’s code. Ensuring that team understands customers’ requirements and task very well.

This company was starting a new web application and I have played in this project from the beginning as a freelance software developer on Call Center and Communications for Telephony Systems using VOIP system. After a while I getting hired in this company as senior developer and team leader to continue the project as fulltime.

This company has 4 types of web applications with more than 500 different customers like organizations and large companies and about 80 employee. I was honored to be in charge of the leading, programming and developing the core of the Integrated Financial Management System and Online Shopping E-Commerce System. The biggest challenge of project was large number of SQL Server data and records and optimizing database and web applications to getting best performance.

I was in charge of the designing, programming and developing 3 of company's teams with more than 400 different types of customers like organizations and large companies. The projects that I have played are: - Network and Data Center Monitoring System and Active directory Management System - IT Help Desk System – ITIL implementation

: I was in charge of designing, programming and developing of company's team with more than 100 different types of customers. The projects that I have played are: - Integrated Human Resources Management Systems - Integrated Training Management Systems (TMS) - Integrated Learning Management System and Online Exams (LMS)

I was a junior developer in the team and working in Content Management System (CMS) and Website-Builder web application with about 50 customers.

We created a Content Management System (CMS) and portal for schools and education departments with many features and modules based on ASP Classic and after while we migrate to ASP.net Web Form C#. That was a great experience for me to start my currier and I found out that I really love this job and after that I move forward to improve my knowledge. This project made a great experience in working with CMS and modular web applications and designing SQL Server databases.
