As the leader of talented 3 teams of 17 full-stack engineers, I oversee the development and maintenance of our web, mobile, and backend applications for the Workforce Lifecycle domain. Foster a culture of continuous growth and learning by holding regular one-on-one meetings, conducting performance reviews, and engaging in career development discussions. Responsible for managing the Tech budget, including CAPEX, and shaping the team’s vision for the future.

Leading 6–8 product-driven backend engineers across three tech hubs and 5+ cultural backgrounds, I drive the development of BaaS solutions for the card ecosystem at solarisbank, following microservice architecture, TDD, and agile practices. In this role, I build and scale JVM-based teams by setting up effective hiring and onboarding processes, interviewing candidates, and inspiring engineers.The teams work with Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, and Terraform.
