Leading 6–8 product-driven backend engineers across three tech hubs and 5+ cultural backgrounds, I drive the development of BaaS solutions for the card ecosystem at solarisbank, following microservice architecture, TDD, and agile practices. In this role, I build and scale JVM-based teams by setting up effective hiring and onboarding processes, interviewing candidates, and inspiring engineers.The teams work with Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, and Terraform.

Built a bank-wide CRM application end-to-end for branch and business-unit use within the Alternative Distribution Channels team. Delivered web banking applications using React.js, JSF, and PL/SQL, and implemented event-driven automation via EVAM and Oracle GoldenGate. Worked on the CRM agile team, collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver production-grade internal tooling across the bank.

Developed internet-banking and call-center modules for financial institutions using Java, Oracle, iBatis, and BPM. Worked across multiple client projects in the fintech space, delivering backend systems for banking operations and customer service platforms.
