A Managing Partner with over 18 years’ experience in the industry and in executive search, Kamila leads the European Executive Search practice at Hanover Search, helping clients across Europe to find the best possible people in diverse markets, cultures and conditions. In her role she specialises in Asset Management as well as Insurance, focussing on Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Audit, Transactions, Digitalisation and Insurance Strategy. She has taken responsibility for HSG's D&I agenda.

Role: Kamila was Director at Elliott Bauer, a leading actuarial recruitment firm, where she successfully set up the European Insurance Platform with strong Actuarial focus.
