Leading 25 members’ windows support team to perform the Administration and support for Windows, VMware, AWS, Azure, Citrix XenApp Technologies.  Handling Incidents from Remedy & Supporting, Administering Windows servers that include physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, Vmware, AWS, Azure virtual machines.  Troubleshoots Windows and ESX server and OS issues. Independently utilizes all available resources to ensure timely resolution of server issues.

Primarily involving for the legacy domain’s Home & Business folders migration using DFS in APAC, ANZ Region.  Implement and configure all server tools, QA Check as per Banking Standards and handover to Operations team for go live process.  Team leader role of Migrate Groups Shares and home drive data from Legacy domain to new domain based NAS filers.  Analyze of existing legacy Shares of User’s home drive and LOB’s Application drive using tools AccessEnum, TreeSize.

Work as senior systems Administrator to oversee the Inhouse windows, vmware, AD, Exchange, Network infrastructure Asia pacific region wide.
