Innovation and (re-)evaluation are here a major factor for creating a successful product range customized to the target group, as well as a constant eye for key factors in the e-commerce business, including SEO/SEA development, marketing, new market trends, market research and product strategy on an international scale.

In charge of the Inside Sales Team for the DACH fpr the B2B market. - responsible for overall performance and - leading marketing activities - development and implementation of new sales system, as well as screening for systematic improvement possiblities - motivating and building a strong team

- Supporting the department staff and the Head of Department in administrative, organizational and contractual matters - Answering incoming calls, keeping organized records of these calls performing a pre screening of them and deciding on the follow up actions - Administering and maintaining the office documentation systems.

Coordination of internal and external communication and Eventmanager and Planner for the main events during the year.

The Agora Student Union is a Student Union for International Public Management Students. As a Student Union the goal is to help international students to get to know The Hague and establish a social life in the Netherlands. Furthermore is the Student Union the representative of all students from International Public Management and has in its duty to help their students whenever help is needed. Additionally are we organising educational events.

I have been the Financial Manager at the Living Wage Conference 2014, which was organised as part of our studies.
