 Working as part of Cisco Global Security Services organization,  The role involves delivery of both transactional and subscriptional projects to strategic customers throughout the EMEAR theatre.  Projects vary considerably between security reviews, design and implementation of Cisco security products In highly complex environments.  Providing technical support and consultation to local and International customers with ensuring high level of Customer satisfaction.

Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults.  Provide next level technical support for Level 1 Specialists.  Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through Problem Management Dashboard. Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating changes and implementing them.

 Works as a security Engineer at one of the Cisco golden partners in the Middle East.  Designs, implements, and maintains network security systems including LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, IPS and NAC solutions including Cisco ISE, Juniper Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls, Fortimail Email security, Sourcefire IPS.  conducting Proof of concept for customer  Engineers security solutions and standards based on requirements, best practices, and technical knowledge

 Works as a security Engineer at one of the Juniper golden partners in the Middle East.  Worked as a System Engineer who is responsible for installing, integrating, supporting Data network and security solutions including Juniper Switches, Juniper Firewalls, Juniper MAG and UAC, Bluecoat proxy and reporter, Aruba Wireless LAN project, F5 load Balancer  Provides Technical support and Consulting at the customer site.  Provides on-call support for network and security systems for our customers.
