 Planning projects schedules and work site requirements.  Initiating meetings with Clients and their project requests.  Following up with projects maintenance.  Initiating and revising BOQ’s and tools/materials procurement.  Lead site labor to follow the project standards and requirements.  Reporting to PM and following up with all ongoing projects.

 Initiating meeting with new clients and clarify their requirements.  Planning project schedule and cost.  Following up with site work progress.  Meet with outsource vendors and finalize work contracts.  Monitor and evaluate work progress and labor.
