Responsible for managing purchase orders from overseas customers as well as following up the manufacture process along with Planning and Production Department. Coordinate the necessary interdepartmental procedures to achieve maximum output including: marketing, production, distribution (exports) and quality control. Provide full customer needs assessment planning and targeted appropriate product/service solutions within time and budget parameters.

Responsible for coordinating all export deliveries to customers in Latin America and the United States along with the distribution center, the transport service and customs suppliers, assuring the timely arrival of the goods to its final destination providing support and excellent customer service to overseas customers.

During my internship I assisted in daily operations of the import export department by creating documents required for naturalization and receipt of imports in the distribution center, by supervising the export shipping process and shipping product samples overseas.
