My postdoctoral projects at Dartmouth involved using unsupervised and supervised statistical learning techniques (e.g. principal component analysis, hierarchical clustering, linear regression, classification, tree-based methods, regularization, cross-validation, etc.) to explore the relationship between the biophysical properties of antibodies and antibody-dependent effector functions of the innate immune system in the context of HIV infection.

While working on my PhD thesis, I developed gene association networks in the context of embryonic stem cell self renewal using a Bayesian network machine learning approach.
