After almost a year of immersion in the five star Hotel/Restaurant, I devoted three months to investigate their Sustainability management. I reviewed the existing literature on luxury hotel and their sustainability management, thanks to this I was able to conduct pertinent interviews and surveys, and eventually critically write my findings. The results of the primary research made me focus on a pattern linking people’s values and management’s expectations.
