Start-Up activities (initial submissions to EC, notifications to CA)

My tasks included the responsibility to ensure smooth and accurate study progress. I followed 17 studies from study start-up to study close incl. edit checks. I followed up issues raised and provided training as needed. I reported monthly performances figures to management. Being a Clinical Research Associate made me use my competences – excellent and accurate skills in documentation, administration and organization, great internal and external communication skills, very strong ability to peform self-motiv.
