I want the residents at ISH to have the most life-changing experience they can possibly have and to that end my team of RAs and I will take a large variety of opportunities we have not taken yet. 5 pages of ideas have already come together that will be put into a common strategy with diverse aspects. Additionally, I will be responsible for 2 floors in the student residence, where goals include enabling students to have the best experience by providing them with advice and support.

Chairing and organizing monthly meetings for students of over 100 Nationalities; cooperation with management; creating and leading a student program with 3-4 events per week: Our vision is to bring more leadership to the students, so that they can themselves contribute to their respective environments both here at ISH and abroad. Our steps have been to organise 4 general leadership courses and 1 leadership workshop for the student body.

Wellbeing in the workplace

Schwerpunkt ist Volkswirtschaftslehre und als Sprache wird Russisch gelernt. Außerdem bietet ein Grundkurs im ersten Jahr Einblicke in die Sozialwissenschaften Geschichte, Politik, Philosophie und Jura.
