Manage a 200-million USD operation comprised of 45 international and 1700 local staff in security sensitive post-disaster Haiti

• Lead senior levels of management in strategy definition and implementation, organizational development and process redesign across the organization • Successfully introduced results-based management for all operational sectors including Microfinance, Health, Agriculture, Disaster Relief and Human Rights • Founded the local Emergency Response Committee for coordination of disaster relief activities after the 2010 earthquake comprised of Mayors, UN agencies and International NGOs

• Redesigned management structure to enable implementation of a 5 million USD World Bank program (health, education, cultural heritage) • Empowered traditional leaders to identify development priorities and access funding • Initiated a coordination forum between Donor Agencies, Traditional Authorities and Government which resulted in reduced project completion times and more efficient use of donor monies • Advised and supported the palace in proposal writing, fundraising, program implementation

• Led international monitoring missions of a 25 Million Euro program funded by the European Commission • Chaired meetings with Ministers, Heads of EC delegations and Directors of CARICOM • Redesigned the strategy planning methodology for PwC Central America - seven country offices • Significantly improved client acquisition and revenue • Managed complex international multi-disciplinary projects and cross-functional project teams
