Leading engineering department. Build Site Reliability Engineering Team for MLS next gen Product and transformed teams towards full self organized teams (The Teams build it and run it). Extended micro services architecture to more than 200 micro services and designed it to be able to run on various cloud providers. Migrated customers from running on MLS classic to MLS next generation Product. Production clouds have been setup on MS Azure as well as on Google Cloud. Extended team to more than 150 engineers.

Desiged and build MLS next gen Platform. Introduced micro services architecture and continuous integration and continuous deployment way of working philosophy. Acting as Platform Product Owner to drive shared technical platform services and act as key mentor to change whole organization towards continuous delivery way of working. Teams are able to deploy software changes within minutes to production.
