Project has received from customer and necessary information has checked.Once process has approved, the model is prepared in HM/Workbench. Analysis is done in Ansys Classic/Workbench.Post processing is done in Classic/Workbench based on customer preference.Recommendation is suggested if model is not meeting acceptance criteria.Co-relation has done between Experimental and FEA.

Project proposal is received from internal customer and input review is preferred to confirm Analysis related information. Analysis is done in Ansys Workbench and sanity check is performed before post processing work.Post processing is done in Classic/Workbench based on customer preference.Recommendation is suggested if model is not meeting acceptance criteria.Project guidance starting from project kick off to final delivery.

Maintain constant communication with clients and work in hand with development team during critical phases of release cycle, using the knowledge of meshing for providing valuable inputs and reporting defects within software Proficient in carrying out design and Meshing using hyper mesh and ANSYS APDL Finite element analysis carried in Static, Dynamic and Non-liner..Documentation of knowledge base continually in terms of design guidelines.

To coordinate with customers for approval of product design and incorporate changes based on customer feedback. Detailing and GD & T work is preferable for my working environment.Involving in Meshing, Analysis and Optimization of components.Modeling and detailing the individual parts and assemblies. Design reviews to be conducted based on detailed models and layouts. Worked on Shell and Solid FE modeling using hyper mesh and Ansys Classic.
