1. Implementation the ITSM tool for the Corporate IT departments in Germany & India 2. Setting up the product information management & media asset management system for the Corporate Marketing 3. Implementation of the company’s employee suggestion system process & tool 4. Creation of audit-relevant documentation of the invoice booking software for the Corporate Accounting in Germany 5. Mapping of the product samples ordering process across all subsidiaries

1. Quality control for translations: - Defined standards for quality levels of the translations delivered by the team. - Proof-red & corrected translations of the team before final delivery. 2. Offshoring projects: - Setting up of back-office process of the internal training department of the Hettich Group in Germany. - Setting up and overseeing several coordination processes for corporate departments in Germany such as IT, Logistics, Purchasing.

1. Translated content ranging from product specifications, catalogue texts, supplier declarations, purchasing contracts, personnel texts from German to English and vice-versa. 2. Defined quality control parameters to maintain quality of the translations. 3. Reviewed final works to spot and correct errors in punctuation, grammar and translation.

Member of the Invoice Adjustment Team for FedEx Germany 1. Processed daily claims in German language from the customers of FedEx Germany as per defined instructions. 2. Prepared daily status report and supported the Team Leader in feedback preparation.
