Acting as the employee’s initial point and being responsible for supporting new hires, the end to end processes and procedures relating to new starter and leavers, implementing and maintaining administration processes necessary to support the business, managing of all employee data systems, administration of HR-related documentation. Also on my position I am providing recruitment administration support when required and developing & following through on employee engagement innovations and initiatives.
