Post incoming and outgoing payments Identification and resolving payment discrepancies Clear G/L, Customer and Vendor accounts Prepare final payment proposal Perform final payment run Perform dunning run Upload, process and post electronic bank statements Reconciliation of bank accounts to the last bank statement Cooperation with other departments (GL, AP, Treasury) AR / Reporting

Receiving and processing invoices in SAP and DMS, Registration, confirmation and maintenance of vendors in SAP, Checking and monitoring payables, Reconciliation of vendor accounts, Assisting with month-end closing, Archiving of invoices, Supporting the basic documentation, Support activities in daily tasks, Using SAP, DMS and MS Excel on a daily basis, Daily contact with German and English language.
