• responsible for all facets of the manufacturing processes of the plant, including maintenance, logistics, HR, FICO, purchase (2 plants, 200 employees, turnover 8 Mio. EUR - fiscal year 2013) • responsible for annual budget planning and P&L • planning/execution/control of the effectiveness of plant operations • development of good relations with customer, suppliers and local authorities

• Managing of 50 people, day-to-day management of the IT company • Preparing and creating IT strategy for the company and whole PCC organization • Preparation of annual plans for the company’s activity • Responsible for preparation and execution of the company’s budget • Encouraging correct work and development of informatics and telecommunication systems in the company • Supporting and managing IT - technical and administration teams

• Responsible for management, coordination, follow up and drive development and improvement activities regarding SAP R/3 in VBC. • Secure and develop processes, resources and tools for support and maintenance SAP R/3 in VBC. • Being part of management group or project leader in development projects • Support roll out of the SAP R/3 to new sites to ensure process and IT set up uniformity. • Manage development common processes and IT approaches

• Managing of 20 people, being responsible for IT department within Volvo Polska • Providing optimized IT support for all business processes, • Complete strategic planning of IT, • Planning and controlling of IT appropriations and budgets as well as follow up of running operational expenses, • Implementing new systems.
