Providing advice and guidance of Human Resource planning (budgeting, workforce demand and supply planning), adaptation of local subsidiary policies to global standard (talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organisational design, performance management). Responsible for global policies compliance harmonisation in more than 7 countries in EMEA region.

Managed Compensation and Benefits function at leading OCR technology company (around 1500 employees), with responsibility over unification of the system in more than ten countries of operations and accountability over global compensation budget.

Developed and implemented client solutions, drawing on the full range of company IP and expertise. Delivered impactful work for clients as part of a project team, supported the growth of the company business by generating new sales in amount of $169k over FYI2018. Participated in client-facing delivery activities as well as executed operational planning and took a role of the project manager on small to medium projects internally and/or with the client according to the project plan.
