Leading activities of a 3 persons team within SAP HR area. Responsible for the implementation of SAP HR PY for all 7 Continental plants in RO. Project Manager Lean HR Admin Romania localization project as pilot for global Lean HR Admin program. Coordination for SAP HR modules support (OM, PA, PT, PY) in all Continental plants in Hungary, with both internal team members and external SAP service provider, including budget, SLAs definition and tracking.

BPO HR environment I had to set up guidelines for the Analysts and SMEs to perform different work instructions for data maintenance in the HR database (PeopleSoft).Deliver business process updates in order to have a better understanding of the HR tools used.Responsible for data quality reporting. Reporting to European Outsourcing HRLead (up-to-date reports for business figures impact KPIs and SLAs on HRISdata quality).
