Conducted a comprehensive literature review to evaluate and enhance the Austrian Red Cross's gender-sensitive approaches. Led 12 in-depth interviews, meticulously transcribed and coded responses to assess policy effectiveness and gather qualitative data. Developed actionable recommendations and a monitoring framework for gender integration in humanitarian aid in the form of the report. Collaborated with stakeholders and facilitated workshops to present findings and promote collaborative solutions.

Led daily activities and therapeutic sessions for children with special needs, emphasizing inclusive community engagement. Organized activities encompassing all aspects of social pedagogy. Provided practical and emotional care for children and young adults. Completed specialized training in autism, epilepsy, manual handling, and first aid.
