I wrote my Bachelor Thesis about the Chatbot Personality and Conversational Design. A chatbot or conversational service has to adapt to the user's personality and the situation.
Here, I got to know the Romanian culture and language. I also worked at IBM and created a UX concept for implementing Gamification in a complex system. I worked with Design Thinking and Scrum.
In the IBM Design Studio, I was getting to know the basics of AngularJS, Sass and HTML. On top, I had to write a thesis for the DHBW Mannheim which was about the comparison of the use of Personas and Jobs To Be Done in a working environment.
